Cultured Stone offers approximately 90 types of high quality lightweight stone. New projects, remodels, commercial and residential projects are ideal uses for Cultured Stone.

Cultured Stone is cast in molds taken from natural stone, using a process that captures even the faintest detail. Each color and texture uses its own blend of Portland cement, lightweight natural aggregates and iron oxide pigments. Even on close examination, these manufactured stones look and feel exactly like the originals.

All Cultured Stone products are:

  • Light in weight — typically one-quarter the weight of full-thickness stone, eliminating the need for additional footings or wall ties
  • Economical —about half the installed cost of natural stone
  • Versatile —comes in 20 textures in 78 standard colors, with custom colors available
  • Durable —colorfast and virtually maintenance-free

Cultured Stone is ideal for new projects as well as remodels, and for both commercial and residential projects. Sales support materials include a product catalog, stone samples, a StoneCAD® CD-ROM and a Fireplace Design Solutions™ CD-ROM, all available upon request. You can also go online at for information on products (including a photo gallery), design and installation instructions.
